Overview
All Woof Woof Cakes products are fresh, handmade, and perishable.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered.
However, we take customer satisfaction seriously.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following cases:

The cake arrived damaged (photo evidence required)

Incorrect or missing ingredients

The customer placed the order by mistake and contacts us within 24 hours, and the cake has not yet been made
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Pets not liking the cake

Allergies not disclosed before ordering

Incorrect storage (all cakes must be kept refrigerated 0–5°C)

Cakes kept longer than 3 days

Damage caused after delivery/collection

Incorrect address provided by the customer
Because our cakes are perishable food products, returns are not possible.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will notify you by email.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale items
Sale items can only be refunded if the product arrives damaged or with incorrect ingredients.
We cannot refund sale items for any other reason.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

Damaged on arrival, or
-
Made with wrong or missing ingredients
If you need an exchange, email us within 24 hours with photos (if applicable) at:
Returns
Because our cakes are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns after delivery.
If a refund or replacement is approved, we will explain the next steps by email.
You will never need to return the cake to us.
